This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll: Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide a resolution to ensure they are satisfied. The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs Able to work standing for extended periods and must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
