We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant in Cleveland, OH to support campaign preparation, promotional activities, and the day-to-day work that keeps marketing projects moving.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communicates well with others, and wants to understand how marketing plans become real activities. You’ll work alongside the wider team, help coordinate different projects, and develop practical skills across marketing and business operations.

A Typical Week Could Involve

• Preparing promotional materials, presentations, and campaign documents.
• Coordinating marketing schedules, deadlines, and project requirements.
• Researching competitors, customer interests, and market developments.
• Supporting promotional events and brand awareness activities.
• Organizing campaign information, contact lists, and internal records.
• Sharing updates between marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Assisting with content preparation for email, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Gathering customer feedback and organizing information for the marketing team.
• Tracking campaign progress and preparing basic activity reports.
• Following up on outstanding tasks to keep projects on schedule.
• Helping prepare for meetings, campaign briefings, and promotional launches.

What You’ll Need

You don’t need to have spent years working in marketing. We’re interested in someone who is organized, curious, and ready to learn while contributing to a team.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• An interest in marketing, branding, promotions, or customer behaviour.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Able to manage deadlines and keep track of multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
• Comfortable working independently and with colleagues.
• Previous experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, events, or administration is beneficial.

Training will be provided on internal systems, campaign processes, and day-to-day responsibilities.
