Product Marketing Manager (Comp 2)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the team supporting our LinkedIn Business Platform (LBP). You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Design and Marketing to shape and launch the experiences that define how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase LinkedIn products. Required Qualifications BS degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of marketing experience within product marketing, product development, go-to-market and/or sales enablement experience. Preferred Qualifications Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a record of driving AI initiatives that address customer needs. Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions. Experience learning and translating complex technical concepts and features into a benefit-driven narrative for audiences ranging from C-level execs to developers to internal sales professionals. Track record of successful partnership with cross-functional leaders and communication with C-level leaders. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines. Experience using user, market and competitive research to influence product development strategies. Ability to inspire, lead and align cross-functional teams - excellent communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills.
