Responsibilities

Conduct new product development of advanced filtration projects with differentiated performance improvements
Design, analyze, and engineer filtration products using engineering software, calculations, and established methodologies
Execute design through modeling, prototyping, testing, and analysis of filtration technologies
Develop subject matter expertise and mentor junior engineers in filtration design innovation
Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and contribute to intellectual property development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or materials engineering
5+ years of R&D, product development, or design engineering experience
Experience in dynamic flow testing and analysis
Technical background in filtration technology system design preferred
Knowledge of finite element methods and structural mechanics desirable
Expertise in macro- and micro-fluid flow analysis or process modeling preferred

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
