Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via individual teletherapy sessions, ensuring to tailor evaluations to meet each client’s unique circumstances.

• Utilize video-based technology to gather and analyze patient medical history, mental status findings, and other relevant data to develop informed treatment plans.

• Design and implement evidence-based behavioral health treatment strategies, continually evaluating outcomes and adjusting plans as necessary based on patient progress.

• Maintain detailed and sensitive patient records, documenting examination results and treatment interventions to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Engage with a supportive team of behavioral health professionals, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a valid license in the state for LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are necessary for successful client interactions.

• Applicants should demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and familiarity with current evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of related clinical experience are preferred.

• Experience with electronic clinical systems and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) applications is advantageous.

• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish will be considered a significant asset.
