Bilingual Claims CSR — Insurance & Healthcare Support

Brookhaven, GA (Onsite – Monday–Friday) We’re partnering with a growing insurance organization in the Atlanta area looking to add a Claims Customer Service Representative to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment and enjoys helping customers navigate insurance questions and claims. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. What You’ll Be Doing Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and providers Answer questions around insurance policies, benefits, and coverage Support customers through the claims process , including status updates and issue resolution Aim for one-call resolution whenever possible Assist providers with claim submission and reimbursement questions Document all interactions accurately in the system Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex claims or service issues What We’re Looking For Experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment Insurance or healthcare experience (Medicare/claims strongly preferred) Exposure to claims processing or claim adjudication is a big plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex info clearly Comfortable using CRM or customer service systems Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support a diverse customer base Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to build expertise in the insurance/healthcare space Team-oriented environment with strong training and support If you’re someone who enjoys helping people, can stay calm under pressure, and thrives in a structured call center environment—this could be a great fit.
