Responsibilities To perform a broad range of manpower and organization management analysis duties, including establishing, defending, and processing manpower requirements and authorizations; establishing, interpreting, and promulgating manpower policies; providing manpower and organization technical expertise for functions and mission areas assigned to the organization; ensuring an accurate and comprehensive audit trail of requirements, authorizations, and manpower changes are maintained; and participating in and supporting assigned special projects for the Cryptologic Cyber Systems Division within its designation as lead command and single manager for Communication Security (COMSEC) and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) programs and systems deployed worldwide to Air Force and specified DoD agencies. Qualifications US citizenship is required Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance A non‑disclosure agreement must be signed This is a designated drug testing position Knowledge of USAF and DoD manpower and personnel principles, theories, and practices; knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) mission, roles, functions, organizational structures, management, and operation of national intelligence organizations Knowledge of program management skills in analyzing complex data, interpreting impact, applying standards, monitoring performance, and presenting conclusions and recommendations; knowledge of security and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) policies/practices to ensure the safeguarding of classified and sensitive information Knowledge of manpower database management systems, requirement analysis, and data manipulation and extraction techniques Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) and Acquisition Professional Development Programs (APDP) to establish, develop, and sustain a trained and certified acquisition workforce Desired Experience Manpower Analyst, Data Analyst, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) and Acquisition Professional Development Programs (APDP), Unit Manning Document (UMD) AFCS is Equal Opportunity Employer.
