Senior UI/UX Designer

Daily Draft Inc offers a senior, hands-on UI/UX role at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL (onsite, in-person). This full-time position includes a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience , and the chance to lead the end-to-end design process while shaping user-centered, accessible experiences from concept through implementation. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research , wireframing , prototyping , and visual design Collaborate with product managers , developers , and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions Create and maintain design systems to support consistency across products and platforms Conduct user testing , incorporate feedback, and iterate to improve designs Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team Stay current with industry trends and UI/UX best practices Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including: Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Sketch InVision Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure or Adobe XD Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field Location & Work Details Onsite at our headquarters in Boca Raton, FL Full‑time role Candidates must be eligible to work in the USA Interviewing in Miami , working in Boca Raton ; please confirm you understand (no remote) Compensation $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (commensurate with experience). #J-18808-Ljbffr Daily Draft Inc
