Duration: 7 Months Contract
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Engineer to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and Spring Cloud/Azure, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple engineering teams.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting scalable solutions, managing SaaS and packaged applications, integrating APIs and low-code platforms, and driving technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage SaaS and packaged applications, including feature configuration, releases, system stability, and performance.
- Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Spring Boot.
- Implement event-driven solutions and integrations using Kafka.
- Work with Cassandra and Redis for distributed data storage, caching, and high-performance applications.
- Utilize Spring Cloud and Azure services to build and support cloud-based solutions.
- Leverage APIs, standard integration tools, and low-code platforms to meet business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance across multiple engineering teams.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution design activities.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop scalable solutions that address both immediate business needs and cross-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support application releases, production issues, performance improvements, and system stability.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Spring Boot
- Strong hands-on experience with Kafka
- Strong hands-on experience with Redis
- Experience with Cassandra
- Strong knowledge of Spring Cloud
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Strong API integration experience
- Experience with SaaS and packaged application management
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work as a technical SME across multiple teams
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- AIFC
- DevOps
- Strong Azure Cloud experience
- Experience with low-code integration platforms
- Previous experience with the same client is an added advantage
