You’ll assess the environmental impact of packaging and food processing, turn data into actionable insights, and explore new ingredients and technologies that deliver real sustainability benefits. Key Responsibilities Lead hands‑on sustainability assessments using Nestlé Health Science’s internal Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools to evaluate the environmental impact of packaging formats and food processing technologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional R&D teams to collect, organize, and analyze key data—helping quantify the environmental footprint of ingredients used across Nestle Health Science portfolio. Explore and assess innovative, sustainability‑driven ingredients and technologies, providing insights that directly shape future R&D initiatives. Contribute to building sustainability capability within the R&D Center, helping teams understand tools, metrics, and best practices that drive more sustainable product innovation. Experience Experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) or other sustainability analysis methods. Skills in data analytics and visualization; proficiency in Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of packaging development and its environmental impact. Skills Self‑starters who are result‑oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks. Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment. Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The approximate hourly pay for this position is $27‑$28. Please note that the pay range provides a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
