BILINGUAL - CERTIFIED Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high‑quality care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role offers flexible hours, supportive career growth, and competitive compensation. Remuneration Base pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour. Pay is determined by skills and experience. Responsibilities And Duties Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings. Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA. Collect data and submit session notes. Collaborate with peers and supervisors. Attend staff meetings and trainings regularly. Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and punctuality. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications And Skills Experience working with children and/or adolescents with ASD. Effective verbal and written communication in English. Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families. Valid state identification card. Reliable transportation. Successfully pass a criminal background check.
