You'll be providing full desktop support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and thrives on solving problems quickly and efficiently. Day-to-day you will troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 11 as well as provide support for iPhone related issues. You'll also deliver hands-on desktop and hardware support, including printer installation, setup, and maintenance. This person should be comfortable engaging with executives and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional legal environment.
