What You’ll Be Doing: Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle. Manage contracts and procurement processes, especially within NEC frameworks. Oversee post‑contract activities: payment approvals, change management, and cost control. Engage directly with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration. Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance. Provide data‑led insights to support informed, strategic decision‑making. Prepare estimates from early‑stage forecasts to detailed cost plans. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement and/or estimating, ideally on large‑scale infrastructure projects. Degree‑qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it. Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management. A collaborative, proactive approach – we value clear communicators and adaptable thinkers. Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.
