Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee staff schedules to ensure optimal patient coverage across inpatient and outpatient settings.

2. Provide leadership and guidance to therapy team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• CPR certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy management or supervision

• Inpatient and outpatient therapy experience

• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting

• Previous experience in a critical access facility
