Lead Facility Service Team Member

Pilot Flying J is hiring a Lead Facility Service Team Member to keep our travel center safe, clean, and welcoming for drivers and guests. In this hands-on leadership role, you coordinate daily facility cleaning, restroom and shower sanitation, lot and fuel island upkeep, trash removal, and basic maintenance tasks. You will guide and train team members, monitor safety and cleanliness standards, respond quickly to spills or equipment issues, and partner with management to prioritize projects.
