Service Writer / Parts Manager

• Communicate with techs, vendors, and customers
• Take parts orders and process based upon urgency
• Source from reliable vendors
• Consult with used parts inventory
• Be precise and organized
• Maximize inventory based upon use and space availability
• Manage parts delivery
• Work with used parts on shipping needs
• Organize inventory
• Keep area clean and not cluttered.
• Catalog and record new inventory
• Update inventory in software system
• Help manage schedule of pending work and in process jobs.
• Assign techs to jobs
• Help assemble invoices IE upload parts onto each invoice.
• Read through tech notes on invoices
• Assist with quoting of new jobs
• Help with office clerical work.
