About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's next phase of expansion. The CFO will be a key partner to the ownership and senior leadership, driving the financial strategy to support growth, and ensuring the business is well-positioned for long-term value creation. This executive will be responsible for leading company-wide financial strategy, including capital planning, and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in infrastructure, business services, industrial services, construction, telecommunications, or related sectors, and must be adept at financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. The successful CFO will be a strategic finance executive with a strong operational judgment and capital markets fluency, capable of guiding enterprise-level decisions and creating the financial structure necessary to support the company's scale. Key responsibilities include preparing investment materials, and executive presentations, and supporting negotiations related to funding and strategic transactions. The role demands a high level of integrity, accountability, and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive senior finance leadership experience, including a proven track record in capital strategy and fundraising.
