- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1+ year of engineering experience .
- Manufacturing engineering experience involving process development, troubleshooting, process validation, or cell/process improvement .
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treating, bonding, or molding .
- Ability to maintain/improve technical documents, drawings/prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers .
- Working knowledge of GD&T .
- Strong problem-solving skills using quality/statistical tools.
- Experience with project planning, execution, and managing multiple projects .
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project .
- Experience with tool design, feasibility studies, cost/capacity analysis, or process improvement is a plus.
