About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales and Operations for the Boston Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and communicating a strategic vision that aligns with the company's goals, as well as recruiting, retaining, and mentoring a high-performing sales and operations team. This role requires full P&L ownership, managing both sales and operations in the assigned markets, and acting as a working manager to drive large sales opportunities. The Regional Vice President will also be expected to provide high-quality metrics, demonstrate domain expertise, and ensure a culture of growth and collaboration across the markets. Candidates for this role at the company should be forward-thinking analysts of the business and market, with a proven track record in sales or sales leadership within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, expertise in sales operations, and a strong understanding of P&L management. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams, and a client-first approach to solutions are essential. The role demands a leader with a player/coach mentality, who can demonstrate grit, perseverance, and the ability to adapt to change. A background in technology, operations, and business interdependencies is also a key requirement.
