Job Description
- Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Balance machine capacity, labor availability, materials, and customer priorities
- Coordinate production flow across printing, converting, and shipping operations
- Adjust schedules to address machine downtime, material shortages, and rush orders
- Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Shipping teams to meet delivery commitments
- Analyze bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiency
- Maintain ERP data, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate production status, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Experience balancing production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
