Operations Manager

Operations Manager Located in Xenia, Ohio As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Operations Oversight: Managing day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, cycle counting and shipping. Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels across channels using advanced WMS for accuracy, reducing stockouts and excessive inventory carrying costs. Partner Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, providing visibility into order status and inventory accuracy. Performance Metrics: Analyzing KPIs to improve logistics processes and drive efficiency. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the facility meets all safety regulations and federal and state compliance standards. Core Competencies & Tools Technology: Proficient in WMS, barcode scanning, and warehouse technology maintenance. Logistics Expertise: Knowledge of inventory management, carrier optimization, and supply chain operations. Team Leadership: Training and managing warehouse personnel.
