Temp-To-Hire Call Center Representative

Job Summary: As a Temp-to Hire Call Center Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment. Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to Wisconsin child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures. Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
- Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Experience handling inbound customer support calls
- Bilingual skills (if applicable)
