Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cath Lab RN for a day-shift position requiring active CA RN license, ACLS, and prior cath lab/procedural RN experience.

Details

• Cath Lab unit setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM-5:45 PM
• Scheduled days run Sunday through Saturday
• On-call required once or twice per week, plus one weekend every 5 weeks
• Uses EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner EMR

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required, no pending certifications accepted
• Cath Lab RN or procedural RN experience required
• Minimum 1.5 years continuous experience in specialty required
• Minimum 1 year total travel nursing experience required
• 6+ months of continuous travel experience immediately preceding consideration
• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner EMR experience within the last 6 months required
• 1 supervisory-level professional reference required

Additional Information

• No first-time travelers considered for this position
• Returning permanent staff or travelers eligible after 1 year
• Maximum 7 days RTO permitted, with no additional requests after submission
• Candidates residing within 100 miles are not eligible unless LVN/LPN
• Candidates on assignment in San Diego for 9+ months are considered local and are not eligible
