Pharmacy Fill Technician (Warehouse)
Location: Albany, NY 12205

Pay Rate: $25.01

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; one evening per week 2:00 PM-10:00 PM; every other weekend 9:00 AM-5:00 PM


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pharmacy Fill Technician to join our team in Albany. This position is primarily a warehouse/filling role focused on accurately and efficiently preparing prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.


The manager is looking for someone with a strong work history, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn . Pharmacy or medical experience is less important than having a strong work ethic and the ability to learn and follow processes.
Responsibilities

• Fill and prepare prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Accurately select, count, package, and label medications
• Organize and maintain inventory and work areas
• Follow established procedures for prescription filling and medication handling
• Maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with general warehouse/filling department duties as needed
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician License required
• Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance record
• Solid work history
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work efficiently in a warehouse/filling environment
• Comfortable standing, moving, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or similar experience is welcome
• Pharmacy or medical experience is helpful but not required
