Work Schedule: Variable Nights
Pay rate : $60- $70/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Nursing Home setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform and document resident assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Develop, implement, and update resident care plans as needed.
• Participate in resident care conferences and coordinate care with CNAs, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide direction and supervision to CNAs and other nursing staff as assigned.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC) .
• Follow infection control procedures, patient safety standards, and facility policies.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain quality resident care and support daily facility operations.
• Requirements:
• Active RN License required.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department (ER) experience required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Recent experience in a Critical Access Hospital or similar acute-care setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of emergency nursing, patient assessment, triage, and stabilization.
• Experience with 12-hour night shifts required.
• Must be comfortable working Variable Night Shifts .
• Must be available for the full 6-week assignment .
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts .
• OT may be available based on facility needs.
• No floating - RN will work exclusively in the Emergency Department.
