As a Cashier / Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first impression our guests have of Zaxby's. Your friendly attitude, attention to detail, and great customer service help create memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Answer menu questions and recommend menu items.
• Assemble and package guest orders accurately.
• Keep the dining room, beverage station, front counter, and restrooms clean and welcoming.
• Stock condiments, beverages, paper goods, and front counter supplies.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and delivered quickly.
• Follow all food safety and company operating standards.

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for serving others
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
