This role owns the full clinical lifecycle - from assessment through treatment implementation, staff supervision, and client progress. This position is hands-on and clinic-based, requiring consistent in-person presence to support staff, model clinical skills, and maintain treatment fidelity. Each BCBA is expected to manage a caseload totaling 175-200 hours of service per week across approximately 8-10 clients.
