The company provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside professionals across multiple business functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, depreciation, reconciliations, and reporting.Perform lease accounting activities in accordance with ASC 842.Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and other month-end close activities.Identify ways to improve accounting procedures, efficiency, and accuracy.Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and analysis.Contribute to accounting projects, system improvements, and other cross-functional initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA highly preferred.Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a public companyExperience with fixed asset accounting and ASC 842 lease accounting.Experience with an enterprise level ERP ie, Oracle, SAPStrong analytical, critical-thinking abilities, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
