Branch Manager

Position Overview As a Branch Manager in PNC’s retail organization, located in Katy, TX, you will lead all aspects of branch performance. You will drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that help clients achieve financial wellbeing. You will create a differentiated customer experience and manage risk, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Bilingual Spanish Preferred. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of branch performance and drive revenue and customer loyalty. Create a differentiated customer experience across omni‑channel environments. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to acquire new business and grow share‑of‑wallet. Drive business banking results through development and community‑involvement activities. Coach the team in consultative selling and financial‑wellness consultation. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Attract, onboard, coach, and develop branch team members. Maintain high‑performing teams and manage performance through effective ongoing reviews. Model PNC values, cultivate an inclusive workplace, and support diversity initiatives. Mitigate sales‑practice risk and manage human‑capital, reputational, and business risk. Qualifications 3+ years related experience in branch banking, retail banking, or a similar field. Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement. Strong people‑management, coaching, and talent‑development skills. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and proactive behavior. Experience with sales management and customer‑experience (CX). Preferred: Bilingual Spanish speaking. Education & Certifications No university or college degree is required. A comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
