End-User IT Support Analyst: Hands-On & Local IT Projects

Vertiv

Vertiv is seeking an IT End User Services Analyst to provide foundational technical support for all users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and assisting in project implementations. You will work with the Platform Service Team to support corporate infrastructure and help ensure smooth incident management and local resolution.

The role emphasizes manufacturing and plant experience, with a matrix management style.
