Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implements, oversees, and follows up on all sanitation standards and procedures. Assists with ordering and maintaining product inventory. Maintains product and labor costs within budget. Supervises and trains BOH non-cooking hourly staff. Responsible for ensuring food service equipment is secure and maintained in proper order. Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours. Follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
