What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a transit shuttle along assigned routes and schedules.
• Greet and assist passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Complete required DOT pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company operating standards.
• Communicate any service delays, vehicle issues, or passenger concerns to your supervisor.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip records.

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Prior experience driving school buses, transit vehicles, hotel shuttles, paratransit, or motorcoaches is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, service-first attitude.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.
• Reliable, on time, and takes pride in a job done right.
