We are seeking a highly organized Sales & Events Manager to create seamless, memorable events at one of Connecticut's premier hospitality destinations.
Director of Events Responsibilities- Coordinate private events from inquiry through execution.
- Conduct site tours and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Create BEOs and communicate event details across teams.
- Manage timelines, vendors, setups, and multiple simultaneous events.
- Customize menus, beverages, décor, entertainment, and AV needs.
- 2+ years of event planning or hospitality experience.
- Experience creating and managing BEOs.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Restaurant, hotel, catering, or venue experience preferred.
