Testing Technician

Under the guidance of the Test Engineers and Manager, the position will support various processes across the floor within a contract manufacturing environment. Testing products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance. Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered. Maintaining lab and testing equipment regularly. Implementing changes in testing protocols as required. Consulting with senior management about testing results. At least 2 years of experience in lieu of an academic degree. 2+ years of direct experience working in automated assembly involving all or some of the following processes: SMT, through hole, adhesive dispense, automated assembly, ultrasonic welding. · Hands on experience with optimizing processes and automated equipment · Drives Performance: Holds self and others accountable for the achievement of performance expectations. This is based on an underlying courage to enable risk-taking for the business. · Ability to support engineers in multiple projects and tasks with reasonable prioritization. · Demonstrates ability to pull together insights from a variety of sources and develop strategic guidance for brand teams that result in a business decision or action. · Incumbent must be able to operate a computer and be Office proficient. · Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. · May require travel (typically less than 5%). · Associates will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required. · PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information in accordance with organizational policy, Federal, State, and local regulations.
