The Pizza Chef prepares artisan and traditional pizzas in a small kitchen team, managing an independent station and operating a wood-fired oven. This role ensures consistent recipe execution, quality, food safety, and efficient order coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for artisan and traditional pizzas.
- Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the wood-fired oven safely and effectively.
- Execute recipes with consistency and attention to detail.
- Inspect pizzas for quality, presentation, and proper doneness.
- Maintain food safety standards throughout preparation and service.
- Keep the workstation and kitchen sanitary and organized.
- Coordinate orders to support accurate and timely service.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in pizza preparation.
