What You’ll Do As a member of our Environmental Services team, you will: Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, restrooms, and other areas of the community Help ensure our community consistently meets high standards for cleanliness and appearance Provide friendly, respectful customer service to residents, families, visitors, and coworkers Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Restock supplies and monitor inventory of cleaning products and other consumables Properly use and care for housekeeping equipment and supplies Report maintenance concerns, damages, supply shortages, or safety issues promptly Respond courteously to reasonable resident requests and communicate needs to the appropriate team member Follow infection control, health and safety requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Takes pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment Is dependable, motivated, and able to work independently Has excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills Brings a positive, helpful, customer-service-focused attitude to work Can prioritize tasks and work efficiently while maintaining high standards Communicates professionally with residents, families, and coworkers Has previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, healthcare, or related experience; senior living experience is a plus Has a high school diploma or equivalent Why This Work Matters At Cascade Park Vista, our residents aren’t staying in a hotel—they are at home .
