Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer / Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop innovative outdoor design solutions for residential projects while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and environmental considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop landscape plans, concepts, and construction documents
- Prepare site layouts, planting plans, and hardscape designs
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams
- Conduct site visits and assess project conditions
- Use design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience preferred (entry-level candidates may be considered)
- Strong design, drafting, and visualization skills
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Must present a professional portfolio during application/interview
