• On Call Requirements: Stay late 1-2/week
• Floating policy: Within scope of practice and experience
• Patient Experience requirements: Critical Care experience a must, PreOp experience a plus

• Certifications: BLS
• Hiring profile: BCMA, excellent documentation, ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area, excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team
• Must have: Good critical thinking skills
• Advanced skills needed: Large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement. Transport patient to OR; assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Dress Code: (Required uniform) provided
