Psychiatry Physician - Adult

Position Highlights 100% inpatient psychiatry – no outpatient responsibilities. Night and weekend shift coverage; suitable as supplemental income alongside a full‑time position. Large inpatient footprint: 86‑bed adult unit at MetroWest Medical Center (Natick) and 12‑bed adult unit at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester). Full behavioral health continuum on‑site, including a 17‑bed child/adolescent unit and 24‑bed geriatric neuropsychiatric unit. Hospital‑employed position within Tenet Healthcare. Collaborative, team‑based model with supportive administration and established clinical staff. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: $195,000 – $447,000.
