Medical Laboratory TechnicianThis is a 13-week contract position.NOC shift (21:00 – 07:30), 3 × 8 hr shifts per week, totaling 24 hrs/week.The Medical Laboratory Technician performs a wide variety of laboratory procedures using both manual and automated methods. This role requires a considerable degree of independent judgment regarding the performance and reporting of results, with active participation in the quality improvement activities of the laboratory.Perform laboratory procedures with accuracy and precision.Report results independently and apply judgment in result interpretation.Participate in quality improvement activities within the laboratory.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant laboratory section.An Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences with at least 26 science credits, or relevant military training as a Medical Laboratory Specialist.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
