Job DetailsJob Location: MS Richland - Richland, MS 39218Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts through graphic design, event coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with design software, printing equipment, and marketing logistics, and will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and supporting promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Production Create visually appealing brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials using CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software. Design and produce vinyl decals using appropriate tools and techniques. Operate and maintain a Roland printer for producing high-quality prints and signage. Marketing Coordination Organize and maintain marketing materials and promotional items (SWAG). Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including logistics and setup. Make travel and event reservations as needed. Administrative Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in marketing databases. Track inventory levels of marketing materials and promotional items. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team. QualificationsQualifications: Proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer). Experience with vinyl cutting and decal production. Familiarity with Roland printers and basic troubleshooting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role.
