Clinical Coordinator (LCSW)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator (LCSW) to join our Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) in Lackawanna, NY. Working closely with the Clinical Director, the Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical leadership, oversee therapeutic programming, supervise clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed behavioral health services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the clinical operations of the Residential Treatment Facility.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to residential treatment staff regarding client care and treatment planning.
• Lead and participate in team meetings, multidisciplinary meetings, daily debriefs, and family consultations.
• Hire, schedule, supervise, mentor, and evaluate Clinical Therapists.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and monitor staff competencies.
• Develop, implement, and facilitate therapeutic group programming.
• Oversee documentation and client activity within the Next Gen electronic health record system.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including OMH representatives.
• Provide on-call phone coverage in the absence of the Clinical Director.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
• Valid New York State Driver's License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of individual counseling experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatment.
