Construction Project ManagerAlyeska Builders is a locally owned general contractor serving Interior Alaska, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.Our Project Managers take ownership of client relationships, budgets, schedules, field coordination, trade partner communication, vendors, and project documentation. The goal is simple: deliver quality projects on time and on budget while keeping clients, trade partners, and our teams informed and organized.We offer year-round employment, competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, excellent benefits, and a positive team culture where hard work is recognized and careers are built.What You'll Be DoingLeading construction projects from planning through completionServing as the primary point of contact for clients, including design meetings, project updates, and final walkthroughsManaging project schedules, budgets, job costs, milestones, and overall performanceCoordinating and communicating with trade partners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to keep projects on scheduleScheduling trade partners, confirming scopes of work, and ensuring project expectations and timelines are clearly communicatedCoordinating material selections, purchasing, and deliveriesManaging RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationProviding direction and support to Project Coordinators and field crewsConducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyIdentifying problems early and working with clients, crews, and trade partners to develop solutions and keep projects movingMaintaining accurate project information within company management systemsEnsuring quality standards and client expectations are met throughout each projectWhat We're Looking ForPrevious construction project management or coordination experienceStrong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and job costingAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesStrong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, field teams, trade partners, subcontractors, and vendorsAbility to clearly communicate scopes, schedules, expectations, changes, and project needsComfortable working independently, taking ownership, and making confident decisionsProficiency with project management software and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningPositive attitude, accountability, attention to detail, and team-first mentalityEmployment RequirementsMaintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Complete OSHA-10 certification before employment when applicable (company-provided if needed).Complete one company-approved continuing education course every six months (provided by the company and completed on your own time).Report any driving violations that may affect employment responsibilities.Benefits & GrowthYear-round, full-time employmentHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceRetirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysFitness Membership IncentiveCompany-provided OSHA-10 training when applicableContinued training and advancement opportunitiesNo Earning CeilingAlyeska Builders uses one Journeyman wage scale across all positions, creating a consistent approach to compensation and career growth throughout the company.Once an employee reaches Journeyman-level status within their position, they become eligible for annual 1–3% performance-based wage increases, allowing earning potential to continue growing with performance, responsibility, and leadership.ScheduleFull-time, year-round employmentMonday–FridayStandard office hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMAdditional hours may be required based on project needsIf you're looking for an opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong relationships with clients, crews, and trade partners, and grow your career with a company that values its people, we'd love to meet you.
