We operate a café in Seattle’s South Lake Union and are expanding our event‑based Matcha Bar business across the region. The Role Vale is seeking a reliable, hands‑on Events Driver & Logistics Support Technician to support events for our mobile Matcha Bar business. This role is responsible for delivering, setting up, maintaining, and retrieving Vale mobile Matcha Bars at event locations throughout the greater Seattle area. All transportation is completed using company vehicles (no CDL required). This is an ideal role for someone dependable, punctual, inclined, and comfortable working independently. While your daily schedule is dependent on matcha bar operations, you are guaranteed to be working full time and then back at home every night. Responsibilities Transport Vale mobile Matcha Bars to and from event locations using company vehicles Load and unload equipment at our SoDo logistics hub and event sites Set up mobile kiosks onsite and perform operational checks Regularly inspect vehicles for damage and maintenance needs Support pre‑event preparation and post‑event breakdown Represent Vale professionally at events Qualifications 1+ year of professional delivery driving or field service experience Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Comfortable lifting and moving equipment (50+ lbs) Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Able to work independently and problem‑solve under time pressure Strong communication and customer‑facing skills Preferred Qualifications (not required) Food & beverage retail experience Event setup or mobile vending experience Basic technical troubleshooting skills Schedule & Expectations Primarily weekend shifts Weekday prep shifts may be available Must be dependable and available for scheduled events Benefits Company funded ORCA card Unlimited matcha Joining a fun start up in Seattle Medical benefits for employees working 40 hours Schedule Full Time Five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday The schedule may be subject to slight changes in support of special events #J-18808-Ljbffr
