$10 hourly + tips to start

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets our high standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages return visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
• Manage inventory efficiently, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing guests with a seamless checkout experience.
• Stay informed about our menu offerings and promotions, sharing this knowledge with guests to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• High level of professionalism.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Customer service-oriented, ensures each guest has an excellent experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least one (1) year of bartending experience is required.
• At least one (1) year of restaurant experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather.
