Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Major US Airline located in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption. The ideal candidate will plan Scrum implementations, help stakeholders understand and enact Scrum principles, and facilitate Scrum events to increase team productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption
• Plans Scrum implementations within the organization
• Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
• Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team
• Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
• Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed
• Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
