Remote Commission-Based Sales Specialist - Insurance

Are you competitive, driven, and ready to earn what you're worth? We're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our growing team as Remote Commission-Based Sales Specialists in the insurance industry.
This is a fully remote 1099 opportunity offering warm leads, strong commission payouts, and the flexibility to build your income on your terms.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with warm, interested prospects (no cold calling required)
- Conduct virtual consultations to identify client needs
- Present customized insurance solutions
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Manage follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Hit and exceed performance goals
What We're Looking For:
- Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic tech skills and reliable internet access
- Previous sales experience is a plus
