Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager in Orange County/Los Angeles Area
This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Balance time between office and job site
- Manage projects from inception to close out, ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget
- Coordinate with building owners, general contractor, sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, superintendents, and internal Sr-leadership/Project Management team
- Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI’s
Requirements:
- Currently work for a large commercial mechanical (hvac or plumbing) construction company working on plan-spec, design-build, design-bid-build projects, among others
- Large commercial project experience working on schools, hospitals, airports, highrises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others
- Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Sheet Metal Apprenticeship, Journeyman Program
- Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or Construction Management
- Software knowledge: OST (Quickpen/Trimble Accubid, Viewpoint, Quotesoft, or others), BlueBeam/Adobe, MS Project/Primavera, Procore, among others
- Local and stable work-history
