Isola Group in Chandler, AZ is hiring an A Shift CPP Cutting Operator who operates Rosenthal or USUN machinery to fabricate prepreg rolls into sheets. This level-B position cross-trains within CPP/Collation, supporting safe, efficient operations and timely transfer of material to tooling. You will review work orders, set up rolls, adjust speeds and pressures, inspect output, and maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily productivity targets.
