Senior PV Client Account Manager, Client Services
ProPharma Group
ProPharma Group seeks a Senior Pharmacovigilance Client Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The role involves contract management, client onboarding, service delivery oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to support pharmacovigilance and medical information services.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage designated client accounts and expectations to enhance service quality
- Develop and maintain client working practices and supporting documentation
- Conduct regular client meetings and lead client visits to company offices
- Identify and implement process improvements and systems to enhance service delivery
- Investigate client complaints, deviations, and coordinate appropriate responses
Requirements
- Life sciences degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years contract or client management experience in healthcare
- Prior mentoring or supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency with standard operating procedures and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously
